24 Seven launched their Leading Ladies content series to educate companies on how they are able to create better workplaces and environments for women. Their goal was to inform women about career best practices, from job search recommendations to understanding their worth and setting compensation goals, to advice on managing their development, so they can reach for the sky and become one of the stars.
I created and conceptualized an integrated social media campaign along with the launch of their content series to drive more women to their Leading Ladies Guide page on their website. My concept was to have a woman portrayed as using the the information(words) to build a better version of her professional self with the help of this content series. I also created an animation out of the artwork to draw more attention to the campaign and information. This increased visited by 10%.
